Nutritional Check
If you are in good health and simply want to check that you are getting enough nutrients to stay healthy then this is a quick and easy way of doing so. Appointments take just 20-30mins and we will look for any imbalances of vitamins, minerals, trace minerals, amino acids and even digestive enzymes(needed to break food down efficiently). Depending on the results of the test you may be recommended diet changes and/or supplements.

Health MOT
Our most popular service, the Health MOT is ideal if you are not quite feeling right or suffer from problems such as headaches, fatigue, hormone problems, digestive issues, aches and pains or any condition that you have just been ‘living with’. Also ideal if you just want a full body check to see how healthy you are and any areas to watch in the future.
A health MOT involves a full consultation and Asyra screening focusing on your general health, nutritional status, hormone balance and other areas such as digestive health as needed. The results will be discuessed with you thoroughly and an individualised treatment plan created for you.
