Health plans run for 12months, however you can cancel anytime after the first 3months. If you do cancel you may be liable to pay for any treatment costs outstanding (i.e. on the Gold Plan if you have had 2 comprehensive screenings but only paid 4 monthly installments you would be expected to pay the £100 screening cost still owing).
