For online services we ask for payment in advance via Paypal. You can pay for your service by visiting the Online Services page. If you need urgent help with an acute situation then please call us directly.
For face to face appointments payment is preferred in cash on the day or via BACS. If you wish to pay by BACS please let us know and we will send you the appropriate details.
Certain health insurance companies may cover our services. Please let us know if you would like a receipt in order to make a claim.
For face to face consultations a cancellation fee of 50% may be charged if your appointment is cancelled without at least 36hours notice.
